I was freaking out because I got a new work from home job as a customer service representative and my employer sent me a bunch of equipment. My husband couldn’t make heads or tails from the monitors, laptop, and so many other things that were sent to me that I had to call a professional. I think James heard the panic in my voice and set up an appointment to come over my house to set everything up. He actually came on a day that was actually a holiday and connected everything within an hour. The next day when I was logged into my job, I had to use every piece of equipment that my job sent me. My original plan was to call Geek Squad, but their customer service system was a joke. I would recommend Computer Corrections to anyone.

I have an older model Apple iPad that was slow navigating, kicking me off websites, and freezing up. I called a few computer repair companies that wanted to sell me hundreds of dollars of services. Fortunately, I found Computer Corrections.

I was able to drop my iPad off at an outside customer service “station” and speak to a computer technician. Tyler was wonderful to work with. He got back to me right away by phone to let me know the cost of repairs and the time needed to complete the work. After the repairs were done, Tyler took the time to make sure I could use all the websites I needed. AND The computer engineer did a follow up by email after a few days to make sure the computer repairs resolved all my problems.

My iPad works like new. Maybe better than new. It was repaired fast. The repair cost was much less than the other computer repair companies wanted to charge me. Customer service was outstanding.

Quick response to call. One of the very few in home service I could find. Reasonable priced and knowledgeable. Without a doubt if I find the need I would have them come back out THANKS

I was very happy with the service I received at Computer Corrections they knew just what I needed. My very old and outdated home computer had failed and was not going spend more money to fix it when I could have a new up to date system for less. They were able to retrieve the data I needed and put it on a external drive that I can now use for storage. Thanks Jessica and James.

I have an older computer. Dell T5500, I was having multiple issues with it . I brought it to them and found out it needed a motherboard. It was done fast after they received the parts . Got it Home and put it back together. I still had and issue not related to the service they provided. Called them up and he came right out and solved it so I can get going again. I would highly recommend them .

I’ve been a CC (Computer Corrections) client for some time and over the years when something goes wrong with my PC and it does when you least expect it, I just pick up the phone and call CC and James gets to my problem ASAP.

The newest member to help me is Keith Crain and he impressed me to be someone who knows what right looks like. Just like all the personnel James has on his staff.

Great fast accurate service

I was concerned about security issues and they took the time to go through my computer thoroughly. Customer service is outstanding and I trust them completely!

Am so very pleased to have had my laptop repaired by this company. They are professional, honest, fair priced and expedient. Also, patiently answered my many questions . I fully intend to refer and use them again if necessary . Couldn’t be happier with this company.

My HP printer got jammed up with one of those sticky labels that came off during printing and wouldn’t work. Even though it wasn’t a computer, the guys got it fixed quickly. I was thankful that someone was willing to do so since other computer places had turned me down.

I have an HP Photosmart printer which got jammed up by a sticky label I was trying to print.
Even though they don’t advertise as a place that fixes printers, I went there anyway in hopes
someone could fix my printer. I brought it in just before closing and by the next morning it was done.
I am thankful they were able to repair it so I didn’t have to buy a new printer.
